- Setting Notes
- Though this NPC can be used in any number of settings it has been designed specifically for a Borderlands (Video Game) type setting. This is the main reason for the strange name. He was given the name by the other robotic and cybernetic crew to fit in better.
- Macabre Munchies
- Spending so much time on a robotic vessel he doesn't really cook for the crew. Instead, he has found this a fantastic place to experiment with his cooking creations. Eating people is generally frowned upon but the robots here don't seem to mind. Yes, people are some of the worst things on his menu, he also experiments with a wide range of sea creatures that are gathered by the ship and their crew. There is no shortage of strange ingredients to create new recipes with!
- Battle Tactics
- CS S3G4L is retired special forces or something like that. You might not suspect him as a tough guy but he most certainly is. He is able to make weapons out of just about anything around him and does so readily. His knowledge of butchering only heightens his ability to take his enemies apart. He is a smart fighter who prefers direct battle versus sneaking about. However, he will employ whatever tactics he needs to win a fight.
- Power Usage
- The key to this NPC is that they are heavy into Damage Over Time (DoT). With this in mind he will almost always start a fight with TORGUE'S SPICY SHOTGUN BLAST. Then will use Wok Block. This sets most everyone around him with 1 or 2 DoTs. Then uses Earned My Ire and Butcher'n Time on especially stubborn opponents.

- You attempt to mess with your target's head. Roll Spirit Attack against Spirit Defense. On a successful Attack, they will suffer an Attack penalty for 1 Round.

- You attempt to move a target. Roll Body Attack versus Body Defense. On a successful Attack, you are able to move the target. Size differences can modify the amount moved.

- Use this to recklessly attack in combat. This grants both bonuses and penalties for a round. At anytime during this Combat Maneuver an At-Will Power can be used.

Power Error Note: It is OK if an NPC has errors on their Powers. NPC’s can have a mix of Powers. However, if there are more Powers with errors then don’t have errors; GMs should consider adjusting the NPC. The Archetype, Focus, or Traits should be changed to better suit the Powers they have.
