This Heath, Anatomy and Environment Logistics Medical Exo-skin is a DOD prototype body armor. Worn directly against the skin this exo-skin is meant to conform to a soldier’s body. Unlike the ridged Kevlar vests this body armor is flexible and feels more like a thick sweater than armor. When stuck the armor instantly hardens and absorbs the impact. This prototype armor also has integrated medical technology that monitors the soldier’s body. If injured the soldier is able to activate the suit to inject a stimulant. This helps the soldier until they can seek more thorough medical care. If the suit detects the soldier is incapacitated it will immediately alert command of the situation.

This item serves a special purpose. It does not add 5 to the PC's regular Speed. It allows the PC to move to the next Size Tier and convert their speed, plus this item, to their Tier 2 Size Speed. Effectively letting them move as fast as cars. Where as if they were actually running around cars would easily and almost instantly outpace them. It does not affect any other Size Tier Modifiers.
