- Damage die rolls equal to or less than 5 increase to 6.
- Superior Enhanced Critical Attack
- Critical Attacks become a 17 or higher if the Attack hits. Only 20's auto-hit.
- Improved Extended Penalty Increase
- Powers that are extended with Penalty Power Duration Increase have the effect increased to 4.
- Improved Penalty Power Duration Increase
- Powers with a Duration of 2 or greater last 3 more rounds granting a Penalty of 1 from one effect. No other effects are extended.
- Primary Power Points +20
- This effect will add 20 Power Points to the Primary Power Point pool.
- Improved Damage Boost
- Increase the Hit Point damage of a Power by 30% 1 time during Battle Time.
