Leader of the Pack
The Chrome Street Crew Leader is the leader of the pack of thieves and thugs. The Chromes often work in smaller groups with little to no supervision from higher ranking crime bosses. As long as the bosses get their take, the crews are pretty much left to whatever the Crew Leader wants to do. Rob, sell drugs, smuggle slaves. Little is off limits.
