Tactics
Dire Lions can be encountered one at a time or in prides as large as 20. They often stalk their prey for awhile to gauge it. Striking only when they are sure they can quickly and easily take them out. They have also been known to aggressively defend their hunting grounds. No land animal is safe from a hungry group of Dire Lions.
