Ultimate Jekyll and Hyde
Some people have different sides of them or different personalities. Bruce Banner, also known as the Hulk, has literally two completely different halves of himself. Bruce Banner is a smart and calculating scientist and who he has been most of his life. During an experiment with gamma radiation something went terribly wrong and gave birth the Hulk. The Hulk appears when Bruce Banner gets mad.

Hulk MAD! Hulk SMASH! Hulk do what Hulk want! Hulk want to SMASH thing that made Hulk MAD! This personality, and resulting super powers, came from an experiment with gamma radiation gone wrong. Bruce really doesn't like the Hulk but has learned to live with him.

Examples might be throwing an object or grabbing some object and attacking with it. This Power is the stand in for all such actions.

Exploit Weakness
