Fire Elementals come from many different sources. They may occur naturally in places that are on fire or very hot like a volcano. They also can be spawned from magic and the extreme use of fire. They can be used/created in a wide variety of places and ways. This makes them a common problem in many areas and many different settings. Luckily few of them are very strong.
