      So, does the 10% splash damage blow up minions? Also, does the new area of effect count as an AE power when damaging hoards?

      Splash Damage does affect minions. It counts as 1 Hit.

      Splash damage does not increase the number of targets affected by the Power.

      I noticed that I do not have an easy to find explanation on Target Types and how much they affect Hordes. I will add this to the Horde section now in Advanced GM Options.

      Awesome, thanks. I just wanted to clarify some stuff since I know that Bill’s character has splash damage on everything he does.
